At Unity Yoga & Wellness it is our belief that one should create a BALANCED yoga practice and life of Mind, Body and Spirit.
There are many styles of yoga that exist today and it can be difficult to figure out which particular one is right for you. Most styles of yoga are based on the same basic yoga poses focused on the Outward Journey. And the experience of one yoga style can be radically different than another. Unity Yoga & Wellness offers several Yoga, Meditation, and Wellness classes daily. Therefore, we offer our commUNITY a variety of yoga classes, special events, and Unity University learning experience workshops that Expand the Mind, Tend the Body and Feed the Spirit. We believe in the true experience (power) of yoga, joining Mind, Body & Spirit….. a journey for everyBODY.
