Learning to eat healthy can be a daunting task especially with the enormous amount of conflicting information available to us on the World Wide Web. My basic nutritional philosophy is:

Find the true cause or interference, alleviate it and trust the body to “heal itself”

Food is anything that nourishes

A body that is well fed will thrive

Dan Buettner is a National Geographic Fellow, who spent over a decade researching the possible cultural differences in each of these Blue Zone areas. He has since written at least 3 books on the subject and started the nationwide initiative called the BLUE ZONE PROJECT. The initiative helps communities, work places, schools and organizations implement longevity principals.
