Learn to Fly with Jaime Conway! This workshop will encourage you to explore your arm balance practice by incorporating hip opening and strength building in your flow. We will start will a vinyasa flow focusing on core, open shoulders, open hips, balance and strength. The arm balance workshop is accessible to all levels, from those just starting to fly to experienced flyers. We will take time to breakdown poses and examine your arm balance practice. This 2 hour workshop will allow you to dig deeper into your practice and challenge you. We will work through bakasana (crow), parsva bakasana (side crow), eka pada galavasana (flying pigeon), and titibasana (firefly) to reach our destination to more advanced arm balance postures and transitions.
